Terms of Use

These terms apply to the AutoPrompt Flow Chrome extension ("the extension"), its Pro plans and this website. By installing or using the extension, or buying Pro, you agree to them.

Effective date: October 31, 2026

1. What the extension does

AutoPrompt Flow automates Google Flow in your own browser: it submits a list of prompts you provide, one after another, and downloads the videos and images Flow generates for you. It is an independent tool and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google.

2. Your Google account and Google's terms

  • You need your own access to Google Flow. All generations happen in your Google account and use your own Flow plan, limits and credits. AutoPrompt Flow does not sell or include Flow credits.
  • You remain responsible for following Google's terms of service, usage policies and generative AI prohibited use policy when you use Flow, with or without the extension.
  • Google may change, limit or stop Flow at any time. If the Flow page changes, parts of the extension may stop working until it is updated.

3. Your content

Your prompts, reference images and generated outputs are yours (subject to Google's terms for Flow). We don't receive, store or claim any rights to them. You are responsible for having the rights to anything you upload and for how you use what you generate.

4. Acceptable use

Don't use the extension to break the law, to infringe anyone's rights, to create harmful, deceptive or abusive content, or to overload, disrupt or get around the limits of Google's services. Don't resell the extension or publish modified copies under our name.

5. Free and Pro plans

  • Free: up to 20 prompts a day, Text to Video and Text to Image, and auto-download in 720p and 1K. We may change what the Free plan includes.
  • Pro: unlimited prompts and every feature described on our pricing page, unlocked with a license key. Pro is offered as Monthly ($1.99 a month), Yearly ($14.99 a year) or Lifetime ($24.99 once). Prices are shown in US dollars; checkout may show them in your local currency and add taxes such as VAT or GST.
  • Lifetime means for as long as we offer and maintain AutoPrompt Flow, with all updates during that time. It is not tied to the lifetime of a person.
  • Pro features work on top of Google Flow. We will keep updating them when Flow changes, but we can't promise that every feature will keep working if Google removes or changes the matching Flow feature.

6. Payment and renewals

  • Orders are processed by Dodo Payments, our online reseller and Merchant of Record. Dodo Payments takes your payment, charges and pays any sales tax, and sends your receipt and license key. Their terms also apply to the checkout.
  • Monthly and Yearly plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period and are charged to the same payment method, until you cancel.
  • If we change the price of a plan, the new price only applies to renewals after we tell you about it, and you can cancel before it takes effect.

7. Cancelling a subscription

You can cancel a Monthly or Yearly plan at any time, in the extension (Account tab → Manage subscription), in our billing portal (sign in with the email you bought with), or by emailing support@autopromptflow.com from the address you bought with. Cancelling stops future renewals. Pro stays active until the end of the period you already paid for; after that your license key stops working and the extension goes back to the Free plan. Your settings and files are not affected.

8. Refunds: 14-day money-back guarantee

  • If you're not happy with Pro, email support@autopromptflow.com within 14 days of your first payment for any plan (Monthly, Yearly or Lifetime) and we'll refund it in full. No reason needed; please include the email address you bought with or your order ID.
  • Renewal payments are not refunded, except where the law requires it, so cancel before your renewal date if you don't want to continue. If your license key never worked and we couldn't fix it, we'll refund you even after 14 days.
  • Refunds are sent by Dodo Payments to your original payment method. Most banks show them within 5 to 10 business days.
  • When a payment is refunded, the license key for it is disabled and the extension goes back to the Free plan.
  • Your rights under local consumer law (for example in the EU or UK) are not affected by this policy.

9. License keys

  • A Pro purchase gives you a personal license to use Pro. One license key can be active in up to 3 Chrome browsers at a time; remove it from one browser (Account tab → Remove from this browser) to use it in another.
  • The extension checks your key with Dodo Payments about once a day. If it can't connect, Pro keeps working for up to 7 days.
  • Don't share, publish or resell your key. We may disable keys that are shared publicly, resold, bought with a stolen payment method, or charged back.

10. Privacy

The extension keeps your prompts, settings and files on your device. If you add a Pro license key, only that key is checked with Dodo Payments. See the Privacy Policy for details.

11. No warranty

The extension is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don't guarantee that it will work with every version of Google Flow, that every prompt will succeed, or that every file will download.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost credits, lost content, lost profits or account actions taken by Google, arising from your use of the extension. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for AutoPrompt Flow in the 12 months before the claim (zero on the Free plan).

13. Updates and ending use

We may update the extension and these terms from time to time. When the terms change, we will update this page and its effective date; continuing to use the extension after that means you accept the new terms. Changes to prices or to what a paid plan includes don't apply to a period you have already paid for. You can stop using the extension at any time by removing it from Chrome.

14. Trademarks

Google, Google Flow, Veo, Nano Banana and Chrome are trademarks of Google LLC. Their use here only describes what the extension works with and does not imply any affiliation or endorsement.
